Marquette University Merit-Based Scholarships

Marquette is a Catholic and Jesuit university in Milwaukee, Wisconsin dedicated to serving God by serving our students and contributing to theadvancement of knowledge. Approximately 8,400 undergraduate and 3,600 graduate and professional students are enrolled at Marquette, with nearly all states and 68 countries represented.Each year, a limited number of scholarships are awarded to new international applicants who have distinguished themselves in their home countries and who show promise of meritorious achievements at Marquette. The awards are for students from the 34 nations where Kimberly-Clark Corp. maintains a presence and who apply for admission to major in biology, chemistry, computer science, math, any business major or any engineering major. First consideration will be given to candidates who are admitted to Marquette by March 15 for fall enrollment or by November 1 for the spring term. The award amount for 2011-12 was $4,000 per year.
