Capital University Academic Merit- and Need-Based Scholarships

Your life and education at Capital will be interesting, engaging and often exciting. But everything we do, from freshman orientation to your senior Capital Universityseminar, is ultimately intended to prepare you for a successful life when you graduate. We’re not just talking about your career, either – we mean your relationships, your outlook on the world and your place in the community. And that’s quite a future to look forward to.

In recent years, four out of five undergraduate international students have received scholarships. The average award has been about 30-40% of tuition. Scholarships are renewable from year to year as long as students maintain the required minimum grade point average. Scholarships are awarded primarily on the basis of superior prior academic or school performance. Financial need is a secondary consideration.
