The University of North Dakota (UND) is a public research university located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States. Established by the Dakota Territorial Assembly in 1883, six years before the establishment of the state of North Dakota, UND is the oldest and largest university in the state. UND was founded as a university with a strong liberal arts foundation and is classified by the Carnegie Foundation as a doctoral/research-intensive institution.
The University of North Dakota offers three tuition scholarships for undergraduate, international, degree-seeking students. Scholarship #1: $3,000 first year scholarships. Scholarship #2: Up to $15,853 second, third, and fourth year scholarships. Scholarship #3: Up to $12,000 SAT/ACT scholarships spread over four years.
